Every Saturday at 7:00 PM Pacific Time. Winners are contacted within 48 hours via email and phone.
How do I claim a prize?
Winners receive direct contact with claiming instructions. You'll need government-issued ID and proof of BC residency.
Can I request a refund?
All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are only provided for draw cancellations or technical errors on our end.
